Comikrew August Preview

August promises the returns of Chronicle and the debut of The Promise. Will there be any review ? What else for everyone to look for ? Hit the jump to check what to expect this upcoming month.

Truth to be told, my August is quite packed with some personal event. However, that doesn't stop me to get Comikrew Studio back in shape. Comikrew Love Story will officially kicks off its five issue miniseries The Promise later this month. Chronicle will return with its final sub-arc of Earth Union, however the release schedule will be varied depending on available issue left for the arc.

Chronicle #57 ( August 10th, 2017)

• Chronicle returns with the infiltration of Pat Allenbach and Allen Smith.
• Bolt gets everyone (including the readers) updated on the shenanigans happening in NEST.
• Roxanne finally meet the chairman, how does this effect Pirate Brotherhood's secret plan ?
• Chronicle updates will be varied, stay tuned for announcement.

The Promise #1( August 24th, 2017)

• The moment that you've been waiting for is finally here.
• Tri returns to Shah Alam for a restart only to end up with someone from his past.
• Following the event of 'When Anger meets Love' , Hikmal is desperate to get back to the outside world
• Someone unexpected from Ziera's past returns to claim a promise.

In term of review, I'll probably be reviewing Abang Long Fadil 2, but that depends on my availability that week, as I am quite full. Expect some editorial articles similar to last year August, focusing on Malaysia entertainment industry especially as we are entering the National Day month.
